My career in market research started when I returned home and broke after a year of backpacking. I took the first job that was offered to me – I did not even know what a Qualitative Field Manager does but was willing to learn fast. This was the start of my project management career in research for the last 26 years. The thrill of delivering successful projects never grows old.

As a South African my favourite food is usually made on a fire. A Braai (barbeque) with family or friends with good quality meat and salad with a glass or two of Chenin Blanc.
