I studied Psychology at Swansea University, specializing in Aesthetic Appeal and work experience with ‘Design Engineers’, graduating with a Master’s in Psychological Research Methods.
I spent over 3 years at sister company MMR Research in the Quantitative team. Worked across leading drinks brands such as Molson Coors, Costa and PepsiCo, with broad experience across food brands such as Mondelez, Ferrero and McDonalds.
What makes me passionate about Huxly is I enjoy understanding consumer needs and how to meet them, finding gaps in the market for the next new thing and using my background in psychology to explain consumer behaviour and apply behavioural science techniques - who doesn’t love working on beer and chocolate?
You have to visit Bar 44 which is a Tapas bar in Cardiff opposite the Principality Stadium. It’s a former canal warehouse so the interior is rustic, brick ceilings and archways. It’s the only venue in the UK which pours three different sherries from full sized barrels behind the bar which goes great with the Spanish Cheese selection. You can see the cured meats being freshly sliced in the kitchen and the menu is seasonal so every time we go there’s something new to try. There are also so many options for Gluten Free.
