I'm passionate about food and drink and can often be found in the garden with a bbq or pizza oven, or seeking out the best local food on my travels.
Sensational experience
For me it has to be Guinness. Waiting at the bar whilst the hiss of the tap builds suspense. Watching the liquid surge then settle, forcing a moment of calm, reflection and anticipation. The final layer poured in before finishing with the unmistakeable creamy dome. Then the cream head moustache as you take the first sip. Nothing beats it!
