With a background in chemistry, coffee R&D and sensory, I bring together scientific thinking and human understanding to shape ideas that translate seamlessly into reality. Give me rhubarb crumble and custard everyday. Warming, zingy rhubarb with the crumbly, sugary, buttery topping (the best bits are the slightly caramelised edges) and SWIMMING in custard please 🙃 Reminds me of my lovely Grandma.
